Hi there! I'm Laura Kauth, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area and providing virtual therapy across California. I am currently providing therapy to older teens and young adults, ages 16-30, with a focus on supporting this population with issues related to transitions to adulthood. This could include but is not limited to identity development, LGBTQ+ issues, coping with mood concerns, substance use, creating boundaries, and managing relationships.
